Personal Account

Create Personal Account

BabySea uses OAuth providers for authentication.

  1. Click ➜ Sign in or Sign up
  2. Choose provider ➜ Google or GitHub
  3. Follow the authentication prompts from your chosen provider

Profile Picture

Your profile picture will also be used as your:

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Settings
  2. In the Profile Picture section, click ➜ Upload Profile Picture
  3. Wait until you see the confirmation Profile successfully updated

Personal Profile

Your personal profile will also be used as your:

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Settings
  2. In the Personal Profile section:
    • Enter your name ➜ Profile name
    • Enter your social media link ➜ Social media URL
    • Enter your job title ➜ Job title
  3. Click ➜ Update Profile
  4. Wait until you see the confirmation Profile successfully updated

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Tips

Popular authenticator apps: Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or similar TOTP apps.

Add New MFA:

  1. Click ➜ Setup MFA
  2. Enter your MFA name and click ➜ Set MFA Name
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  5. Click ➜ Enable MFA
  6. Wait until you see the confirmation MFA successfully enrolled

Add Additional MFA:

  • Follow the same instructions above

Remove MFA:

  1. Click ➜ Unenroll this MFA
  2. Click ➜ Yes, unenroll MFA
  3. Wait until you see the confirmation MFA successfully unenrolled

Linked Accounts

Tips

You can link your personal account with both Google and GitHub for additional login options.

  1. If you signed up using Google, you can add GitHub as an additional login method
  2. If you signed up using GitHub, you can add Google as an additional login method
  3. In the Linked Accounts section, click the unused provider in Available Providers
  4. Follow the authentication prompts from your chosen provider
  5. To unlink, simply click ➜ Unlink [your_provider]
  6. Wait until you see the confirmation Account successfully unlinked

Delete Personal Account

Deleting your personal account will permanently delete your personal and team account(s) and immediately cancel any active credits. This action cannot be undone.

All your data will also be completely removed, including your profile information, generated images, usage statistics, billing records, and any content associated with your personal account. This deletion is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered once the process is complete.

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Settings
  2. In the Danger Zone section, click ➜ Delete Account
  3. Click ➜ Send Verification Code (you'll receive a verification code via email)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click ➜ Verify Code
  5. If you don't enter the verification code within 5 minutes, your code will expire and you can repeat the instructions above or simply click ➜ Request New Code
  6. Click ➜ Delete Account

Team Account

Create Team Account

  1. Click on your profile icon located at the top-left of the sidebar
  2. Choose ➜ Create a Team
  3. Enter your team name ➜ Team Name
  4. Click ➜ Create Team
  5. You'll be automatically redirected to your team account Dashboard

Your team logo will also be used as your: Creator profile picture on Feature Card.

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Settings
  2. In the Team Logo section, click ➜ Upload Team Logo
  3. Wait until you see the confirmation Team successfully updated

Team Name

Your team name will also be used as your: Creator profile name on Feature Card.

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Settings
  2. In the Team Name section, enter your name ➜ Your team name
  3. Click ➜ Update Team
  4. Wait until you see the confirmation Team successfully updated

Delete Team Account

Invite Members

  1. From the sidebar, choose ➜ Members
  2. Click ➜ Invite
  3. Enter Email and Role for your new member
  4. Click ➜ Send Invites
  5. Wait until you see the confirmation Members invited successfully

Roles & Access

When inviting a new member, you can choose from the following roles:

  • Owner
  • Super Creator
  • Horizon Creator
  • Persona Creator
  • Fixy Creator
  • Canvas Creator
  • Member

Choose the appropriate role based on your team's needs. Each role has different permissions and access levels within your team account:

The Primary Owner is the person who originally created the team account and has additional privileges to:

  • Delete the entire team account
  • Manage billing and payment methods
  • Transfer ownership to another team member
  • Remove members from the team
  • Manage team settings (logo and name)
