What are Transactions?​

Transactions are your complete credit history - a record of every time you gain or spend credits in the system. Think of it like a bank statement, but for your creative credits!

Understanding Your Transaction List​

Transaction Types​

Every transaction is labeled with a colored badge to help you quickly understand what happened:

  • Purchase (Green): Credits you bought
  • Free (Gray): Complimentary credits given to you
  • Usage (Blue): Credits you spent creating something
  • Refund (Yellow): Credits returned to you when something didn't work

What Each Column Shows​

  • No: A simple number showing the order of your transactions
  • Message: Tells you exactly what happened
    • Example: "Used 5 credits for horizon 'Sunset Image'"
    • Example: "Purchased 100 credits"
    • Example: "Refunded 3 credits for failed canvas 'Portrait'"
  • Type: The colored badge explained above
  • Reference: Which feature you used (Horizon, Maker, Persona, Fixy, or Canvas)
  • Credits: How many credits were involved (+ means you gained, - means you spent)
  • Date: When the transaction happened

Interactive Features​

Clicking on Transactions​

Most transactions are clickable! Here's what happens:

  • Click on a usage message: Takes you directly to the content you created (like your Horizon image or Maker project)
  • Click on a purchase/refund message: Takes you to your billing page
  • See an eye icon: Means the content was deleted and can't be viewed anymore

Actions Menu​

Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on any row to:

  • View your creation: Opens the specific image, persona, or project
  • Go to billing: See your purchase history
  • See deleted items: Some items show as unavailable if they were removed

Organizing Your View​

Sorting Your Transactions​

Click on any column header to sort your transactions:

  • By Date: See newest or oldest first (this is the default)
  • By Type: Group all purchases together, all usage together, etc.
  • By Credits: Sort from highest to lowest amounts
  • By Reference: Group by which feature you used

Showing or Hiding Columns​

Don't need to see certain information? Use the "View" button to:

  • Hide columns you don't use
  • Show only the information you care about
  • Your preferences are saved automatically

At the bottom of the list:

  • Page numbers: Click to jump to specific pages
  • Next/Previous buttons: Browse through your history
  • Transaction count: See your total number of transactions
  • Items per page: Choose how many transactions to display at once
Tips for Managing Your Credits
  • Check regularly: Keep an eye on your credit balance through your transactions
  • Understand your usage: See which features you use most by looking at usage transactions
  • Track refunds: Yellow badges show when things didn't work and you got credits back
  • Quick access: Use transaction links to quickly revisit your creations

Empty Transaction List​

If you see "No transactions yet":

  • You haven't made any purchases or used any features
  • Click the "Purchase Credits" button to get started
  • Free credits may be added to your account automatically
